In 2016, we were sitting in a small meeting room, listening to a customer talk about his frustrations. His company used hundreds of mobile computers, barcode scanners, and label printers from top brands like Honeywell, Zebra, Motorola, Psion, Symbol and Datalogic. Every day, one would break down, whenever this happened, their choice was to replace the device most of the time because it was difficult to find the corresponding parts. We couldn’t understand why a small part would fail, but the whole machine must be replaced, leaving it unused. This wasn’t just expensive—it wasted valuable resources.
Over the next few months, we talked to engineers and listened to more customers. One thing became clear: companies didn’t need new machines. They needed reliable, high-quality replacement parts for their Zebra mobile computer, Honeywell barcode scanner, Zebra printer parts, and more.
However, finding the right part in the market or a way to replace it was difficult, forcing companies to replace entire machines.
That’s when we decided to start Plus Leading. It wasn’t just about selling parts—it was about solving a real problem. We wanted to give companies the chance to repair their equipment and save money, instead of throwing away perfectly good machines because of a small issue.
The journey wasn’t easy. At the beginning, we faced many challenges—building a supply chain, gaining customer trust, and ensuring the quality of every part we offered. But we never gave up because we knew we were making a difference.
